I’m really please with this weeks illustration for CNN world Weekly (higher res version above) somewhat strangely depicting a new international space race. The others are doodles from the past couple of days.
I’ve just realised i didn’t upload last weeks world weekly pic as promised, so here it is:

Ok, so i got this Wi-Fi enabled phone over the weekend, and it does a pretty good job (very good infact). The above images where all photo’d, cropped, scaled and contrasted on the phone(not as good quality as scanning, and photoshopping, but when i don’t have access to a terminal…) - and then i uploaded them to my blog and gallery via it’s wi-fi (real html, none of that WAP poo) browser. - Sorry if i’m being a bit geeky and sad - but it’s quite exciting to be able to use my phone like a mini laptop, so in my opinion - I definately recommend the N95.
The battery life isn’t much to write home about (i’ve been using the browser, camera and gps excessively) but it’s decent enough, as long as you don’t mind charging it up almost daily (i’m sure once the novelty wares off, the battery life will increase due to less strain), and the GPS function takes a while to kick in, around 5 minutes at time (and you have to be outside) but i don’t think i need a gps to navigate my home and work towns, and since i don’t drive, who cares.
The best thing about this phone is the internet access - it looks, feels and works like you were using a tiny laptop - even down to recieving emails, and attatchment - it has versions of software to view and edit word, excel and powerpoint(i hate that software), you can uncompress ZIP files and edit photo’s taken on some simple, but useful editing software.
It’s got all the other features - mp3 storage (takes micro SD cards) - scan barccodes (god knows?!?) - take dvd quality movies, the list goes on.
In conclusion, the only reason i’d go back to my K800i is for the night shots on the 3.2 camera - the N95 has got a 5 megapixel one, but the flash is a bit shoddy, so in low light everything gets a bit blurry (the k800i had a super duper flashy thing)
